Date Established: Rocky Mountain Service, Employment & Redevelopment/Jobs for Progress, Inc. (“RMSER”) is a community-based organization that has been providing early childhood, workforce, and community development throughout the state of Colorado for over 39 years. RMSER was first incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation in 1980 and began its migrant and seasonal farm workers (MSFWs) service programs through the US Department of Labor in 1981.

Current use/ownership of building:  The RMSER Empowerment Center provides the  foundation  for change  by  developing tailored programs, resources, social groups, and more based on the needs of each community and individual. Specifically the Empowerment Center is providing resources for food insecurity as well as a community centric area to provide opportunity for our community

Past use of building: In 1875, Pueblo's first Catholic school, St. Patrick High School, was founded by Jesuit fathers and staffed by Sisters of Charity. It was renamed Pueblo Catholic High in 1935. In 1951, a new Pueblo Catholic High building, at 330 Lake Ave., was dedicated.
