Fun fact: The house was one of the most elaborate of its style in Pueblo when Walter had it built in 1906. Its high oak wainscoting in the dining room and parlor, large pocket doors, curved staircase and clay tile roof are still marvelous to this day.

Community Impact: This quaint Bed and Breakfast not only preserves a historic home, it provides a nice place for tourists to stay near the Historic District and Riverwalk, boosting the local economy. It also provides a beautiful backdrop for small events and gatherings, like weddings.
